To Our Patients
Las Colinas Cancer Care is dedicated to keeping our staff and patients safe and healthy.
We are continuing to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) in our state. We are taking every precaution possible to keep you safe by following all standard cleaning procedures and safety measures.
If you are currently receiving treatment and are experiencing symptoms, please call our office so that we can determine the best way to care and treat you.
In an effort to provide the best safety protocols for all patients and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, our policy is that only patients will be allowed in the clinic. If someone is bringing you to the clinic, they will need to stay in the car during your treatment so that they do not risk exposing themselves or others to the virus. Only under special circumstances, where arrangements have been made in advance with your physician, will caregivers be allowed to accompany patients inside the clinic. We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust our policies in a timely manner in accordance with national, regional, and local guidelines.
From the CDC
This is an emerging, rapidly evolving situation and CDC will continue to provide updated information as it becomes available. CDC works 24/7 to protect people’s health. More information about CDC’s response to COVID-19 is available online.
Your health is important to us and we will continue to do all we can to protect you during your treatment and help you in any way we can.
