Your appointment with Las Colinas Cancer center begins with registration and new patient paperwork which can be conveniently filled out through our secure online patient portal. Here, from the privacy and comfort of your own home, you can provide the medical information needed so that we can best serve you. Of course, our staff is also always available to answer questions.

Once you create your account, your patient portal will continue to be your resource tool with 24-hour access to your medical records, self-management tools, support network, and other valuable resources.
